Ce syst\u00e8me est bas\u00e9 \u00e0 la station aquicole de l\u2019ISMER \u00e0 Pointe-au-P\u00e8re, et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour l\u2019\u00e9tude de diff\u00e9rents facteurs de stress (temp\u00e9rature, acidification, pollution, etc.) sur les communaut\u00e9s planctoniques, autant en milieu subpolaire que temp\u00e9r\u00e9 ou tropical. Il est constitu\u00e9 par 2 conteneurs standard de 20 pieds avec 6 m\u00e9socosmes de 2,5 m3 chaque. Le syst\u00e8me permet le contr\u00f4le automatis\u00e9 et ind\u00e9pendant dans chaque m\u00e9socosme de la temp\u00e9rature (rang 5-35 \u00b0C), du m\u00e9lange vertical (4,8-16,4 cm s-1) et du pH (par pompage p\u00e9ristaltique d\u2019eau satur\u00e9e en CO2). En m\u00eame temps, le pH, la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne dissout (mg L-1), la temp\u00e9rature et la concentration en chlorophylle sont observ\u00e9es en continu selon la fr\u00e9quence d\u00e9cid\u00e9e par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur. Tous les param\u00e8tres sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par une unit\u00e9 centrale (MonitronR) et les donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9es par communication satellitaire.
