Il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une expertise sur l\u2019utilisation du chitosane, un aminopolysaccharide qui provient des r\u00e9sidus de la p\u00eache aux crustac\u00e9s. Il s\u2019int\u00e9resse tout particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la transformation chimique, la caract\u00e9risation et la quantification des polysaccharides pour des applications vari\u00e9es (antibact\u00e9rien, agent de s\u00e9questration, catalyseurs, fertilisants, etc.). Auteur d\u2019articles scientifiques et de brevets, il collabore r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec des entreprises pour le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux produits d\u2019origine naturelle et la mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des technologies. Il a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la solubilisation et \u00e0 la saccharification d\u2019algues pour leur valorisation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"c-accordion__section\"
