L\u2019ING est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne cellulaire complexe dont l\u2019effet principal est une augmentation de la variation g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et ph\u00e9notypique, ce qui pourrait avoir un impact majeur sur l\u2019adaptation \u00e0 des environnements extr\u00eames et fluctuants. L\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019ING constitue ainsi un enjeu majeur en biologie \u00e9volutive par rapport aux changements climatiques actuels et futurs.
