Les m\u00e9canismes r\u00e9gissant la fixation larvaire et le succ\u00e8s de m\u00e9tamorphose des larves bentho-p\u00e9lagiques sont importants aussi bien en \u00e9cologie, pour comprendre la dynamique de recrutement des communaut\u00e9s benthiques, qu\u2019en aquaculture afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019approvisionnement en juv\u00e9niles. La production de juv\u00e9niles pour les \u00e9levages de mollusques s\u2019effectue par le captage en milieu naturel ou par la production en \u00e9closerie. Nous travaillons essentiellement sur l\u2019optimisation des m\u00e9canismes influen\u00e7ant la transition de la larve p\u00e9lagique vers la phase benthique par le couplage entre l\u2019\u00e9tat physiologique et nutritionnel des larves, le comportement larvaire, la variabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et les facteurs hydrodynamiques.
