En aquaculture, je m\u00e8ne principalement des \u00e9tudes sur les ombles (omble de fontaine, omble chevalier) et sur la plie rouge. Les travaux sur les ombles allient physiologie et g\u00e9n\u00e9tique alors que ceux sur la plie rouge portent principalement sur les stades larvaires et juv\u00e9niles.
