vers un futur plus \u00e9quitable et durable. Le c\u0153ur de mon programme de recherche est sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration des plantes aquatiques dans le d\u00e9veloppement de solutions fond\u00e9es sur la nature. Les solutions fond\u00e9es sur la nature sont des actions qui prot\u00e8gent, g\u00e8rent de mani\u00e8re durable ou restaurent un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me afin de relever des d\u00e9fis soci\u00e9taux. Ce sont des actions qui sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques \u00e0 la fois pour la nature et pour les humains. En particulier, je tente de mieux caract\u00e9riser la distribution spatiale de l\u2019abondance et de la composition des plantes aquatiques de l\u2019\u00e9chelle locale \u00e0 globale, leur \u00e9volution temporelle saisonni\u00e8re \u00e0 d\u00e9cennale, et d\u00e9terminer les facteurs expliquant ces variations. De plus, je cherche \u00e0 mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le des plantes aquatiques sur la biodiversit\u00e9 et le fonctionnement des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes \u00e0 diverses \u00e9chelles spatiales et temporelles.
